GPS Tracking Devices
Up until recently the cost of GPS (Global Positioning System) technology for prohibitive for broad use. Previously GPS tracking devices were limited to being used anti theft devices. But, now GPS tracking devices come in all shapes and sizes. They can be used to track where just about anything is in just about any place in the world.
GPS is made up of a series of 24 satellites strategically orbiting the Earth. These satellites are capable of tracking a GPS receiver whever it is in the world.

We are all familiar with the car tacking devices seen in spy movies. Well these devices are not just for the movies any more. GPS tracking technology has evolved. Whether you know it or not GPS tracking devices are a part of just about all of our lives.
GPS tracking devices are no longer just for automobiles. The circuitry for GPS receiver technology has been reduced in size to a point to where it is used in cell phones, PDAs, laptop computers, and watches.
It is not un heard of for GPS tracking devices to be used for tracking a suspected cheating apouse. Or to track the where abouts of children. Or to track the where abouts of pets that tend to wander off.
